Postcard featuring a black and white photograph of the Kaiser and a nurse standing together with a group of children. The Kaiser is wearing a military uniform with a medallion in front near the center of his collar and a hat with a feather in it. He is looking down at the children and pointing outward with a gloved hand. The nurse is wearing a white apron and a white hat and is smiling slightly. The children, wearing identical uniforms, appear to all be girls. The ocean can be seen in the background.
