Advertising photo montage postcard for the White Angel Jungle, a soup kitchen for the jobless in San Francisco during the Great Depression. Produced as an advertisement to alert the residents of the city to the Jungle's existence and to announce that it was opened under the guidance of nurses. It features a long breadline. In the upper left corner is an inset portrait of Lois Jordan, the founder of White Angel Jungle.
