The inside of the card reads: "On April 2, 1998, eight former Surgeons General and Dr. David Satcher, the current Surgeon General and Assistant Secretary for Health, joined Dr. Sommer at the School to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the United States Public Health Service, and the 50th Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights. The Honorable Janet Reno, United States Attorney General, offered closing remarks at the day-long symposium, "The Surgeons General Report America's Health: Past, Present, and Future.".
