Abstract:
Lederberg's presentation was at the first of a series of three colloquia sponsored by the New York Academy of Sciences that was entitled, "Life Sciences, Society and Industry: Policies and Partnerships on the Biotech Frontier" and ran October-November 1995. Lederberg's colloquium was entitled, "Molecular Biology and Society" and was moderated by Lennart Philipson of the Skirball Institute of Biomolecular Medicine, New York University Medical Center.
