Abstract:
In this lab notebook, Franklin recorded the progress of her x-ray diffraction studies of the A form of DNA, including exposure times and adjustments to specimens and equipment. She also included her reasoning on the results of the cylindrical Patterson analysis, which did not seem to show a helical structure.
