In this last letter in a lengthy exchange regarding a draft of a paper by Klug on the three-dimensional configuration of chromosomal DNA, Klug conceded several methodological and theoretical points raised by Crick. The exchanged shows Crick in his role as incisive critic and collator of information on research in laboratories around the world.
