Abstract:
In this response to Esbjornson, Anfinsen provided a preliminary overview of the presentation he planned to give at the Nineteenth Annual Nobel Conference the following October. Anfinsen indicated that his paper would compliment the theme of the conference, "Manipulating Life: Medical Advances and Human Responsibilities," and would address the "misuse or overuse" of biomedical research.
