- Abstract:
- In this issue brief, the Trust for America's Health (TFAH) examines recommendations to build on the momentum created by the investments over the past several years, prepare for a potential flu pandemic, enhance seasonal flu prevention and response efforts, and improve how the country routinely deals with the flu. The first section reviews ways to protect more Americans from the flu by increasing vaccination rates, and the second section examines issues that must be addressed to continue to prepare the country for future pandemics and other health emergencies.
