Illustration of an actual incident in an operating room in Budapest. A doctor, Paul Kubinyi, is shown falling backwards next to the operating table. He clutches his head as another doctor in scrubs rushes forward to catch him. The patient, whos abdomen has just been cut open, lies unconcious on the table.
