Abstract:
Doctors administer the vaccine to a group of people in a large room. One of the doctors kneels next to a cow and draws blood from the cow's shank. An employee of Le Petit Journal stands at the back door, in front of a large group of people waiting to be admitted to the room set up for vaccination.
