- Abstract:
- Color postcard divided into 6 sections, each with text against a color background. Text from top of the card to the bottom: What am I?, I'm free 'n' easy and fun to pick up, I'm easily passed on, I can be invisible and damage your health, I'm a sexually transmitted infection. Each section also contains a variety of objects depicted, including a toy doll, a teapot, a hand grenade, and a mummy's head. At the bottom of the card black text on a purple background reads: Most STIs are easily treated, but if left can cause serious health problems. Regular check-ups are recommended to detect STIs which may go unnoticed. STI clinics offer free and confidential services including same day diagnosis and treatment from some STIs, vaccination against Hepatitis B, advice and information on sexual health, HIV counseling and testing, strong condoms and lubricant. For information on STIs or local clinics call: The Terrence Higgins Trust Helpline: 0171 242 1010 (12 noon - 10 pm daily). There is also the text See To It, with the first letter in each in red and the logo of CHAPS.
