The arm on the left is raised limply toward the arm on the right, in imitation of Michaelangelo's Sistine Ceiling fresco of the hand of God giving life to Adam. The arm on the right has a tourniquet wrapped tightly around the bicep and a syringe in the hand. The hands of each arm nearly touch and are framed in a white box. Blue lightning bolts emanate from the space that separates the hands. At the bottom is the logo of the Health Education Service, Southampton.
