Caricature of a biker wearing a helmet and backpack, pumping air into his front tire. In the distance are two other bikers. The poster is mainly in black and white with red on the bike helmet, backpack, and tire pump. The words "bike path" from the caption are also in red. A white label with "We'll also talk about bike safety, bike racks, showers, gear, etc." has been attached to the poster above one of the bikers to make it look like he is talking to the other biker.
