Abstract:
This trading card briefly documents the lives of writer Paul Monette and his romantic partner, lawyer Roger Horwitz. Both died from complications of AIDS; Horwitz in 1986 and Monette in 1995 (after the publication of this trading card). The cards were distributed in sets, each packet containing one condom and 12 collector's cards of people and topics related to AIDS.
