White poster with blue and black lettering, illustrated with a colored drawing of a landscape in the center of which rises a massive gray plinth. On top of the plinth rests a large yellow globe enclosing a colossal eyeball. Diminutive people in small groups, some wearing physician's jackets and some pointing at the eye, approach and walk away from the eye.
