Predominantly yellow poster with blue and black lettering. Title in center of poster, superimposed on an illustration of a mosquito. Illustrations surrounding the title depict ways to prevent stagnant water from accumulating including putting sand in vases, cleaning vases between uses, emptying bottles, sending containers to the trash collection and covering trash cans, etc. Publisher information and caption at bottom of poster.
