Predominantly slate blue and white poster with multicolor lettering. Dominant visual image is a slightly abstract illustration of a hand snuffing out a cigarette in an ashtray. The ashtray is also the "o" in the title word "no." Title near center of poster; caption below title. Publisher information to right of caption; note and small logo of a person smelling a flower to left of caption. Additional text at bottom of poster explains the no-smoking policy in greater detail.
