Four small children from the same community are sitting on a bench, three of them are suffering from kwashiorkor, while the fourth appears healthy. Verso: The paradox of "poverty in the midist of plenty": one child is healthy; the other three, all from the same community and of about the same age, are victims of the deficiency diesease kwashiorkor.
