Predominantly tan or discolored white poster with brown lettering. All lettering in Cyrillic script. Series statement in upper right corner. Series urges "clean living" and is directed to people in the northern regions of the Soviet Union. Visual image is an illustration of a woman sweeping the floor with a feather. A bucket sits nearby and a man is sewing in the background. Title below illustration urges cleanliness during plague, sweeping and sprinkling the floor daily, frequently cleaning floor boards with a knife, and not spitting on the floor.
