Abstract:
White poster with bright blue and red lettering announcing congress, Nov. - Dec. 1982. Also lists dates and phone numbers for more information. Dominant image on poster is a circle, formed by flags from the Americas. Inside the cirlce, a red goblet encircled by a blue snake is superimposed on an outline of North and South America. A red and white tripart flag, likely intended as Peru's flag though missing the central crest and laurels, is superimposed on the goblet.
