Abstract:
Cream-colored poster with brown lettering. Title at top of poster. Visual image consists of nine columns relating to areas of public health. Within each column, various achievements or improvements are listed, illustrated by simple line drawings and flagged with a specific year. A very thin line connects all milestones, as if to show continuity. Earliest milestone noted is birth and death registration law in 1639. Latest milestone is antitoxin for scarlet fever in 1923.
