Too many people live in the shadow of chronic hunger and malnutrition while others eat too much and are thus malnourished in a different sense. People everywhere should contribute to better food for a healthier world. The shadow of obesity hangs over this boys childhood. In the background may be a mother who in her mistaken zeal overfeeds him.
