The Pulse of Romania. 3,000 Kilometers across the plains of Baragan and of Dobruja, over Carapathian crests and highlands of Transylvania, past the Boesti oilfields and the industrial plants of Bacau and Brasov, through the valleys of Moldavia and Wallachia, and along the golden shores of the Black Sea- such was the two-week trip taken by J.V. Manevy, the Editor of World Health. The journey was arranged jointly by the Foreigb Ministry of the Romanian People's Republic and the Ministry og Public Health and Welfare. Mass dental treatment: at Bacau 600 cases a day.
