Medical education. USA. The robot patient is a valuable ais in teaching. This robot is used at the Department of Medical Education, University of Southern California at Los Angeles. Its cost, in the hundreds of thousands dollars, is prohibitive for many countries. "Sim One" ,the robot patient, resets to anaethaetics and various other medical procedures the way a human patient does.
