This video contains fourteen World War II-era cartoons used to educate service persons on various topics. The cartoons focus on the adventures of Private Snafu (situation normal, all fouled up). Situations include rumors and spies, goldbricking, gripes, using a gas mask, and using weapons. Several medical situations are highlighted, such as soldiers getting injections, feigning sickness, and malaria prevention.
