			<p begin="00:17:30.740" end="00:17:33.580" style="1">And I think you can see that there was nothing very </p>
			<p begin="00:17:33.580" end="00:17:36.530" style="1">impressive about the impact of </p>
			<p begin="00:17:36.530" end="00:17:39.500" style="1">the Port Chalmers epidemic in some of these parameters.</p>
			<p begin="00:17:39.500" end="00:17:41.000" style="1">In Houston last year,</p>
			<p begin="00:17:41.010" end="00:17:43.800" style="1">there was just a slight suggestion of increased </p>
			<p begin="00:17:43.800" end="00:17:46.760" style="1">absenteeism in public schools during the peak of the epidemic.</p>
			<p begin="00:17:47.410" end="00:17:49.990" style="1">Industrial absenteeism here is evidence by </p>
			<p begin="00:17:50.340" end="00:17:51.100" style="1">absenteeism,</p>
			<p begin="00:17:51.100" end="00:17:53.780" style="1">and five of the large </p>
			<p begin="00:17:53.780" end="00:17:55.850" style="1">department stores here in Houston </p>
			<p begin="00:17:56.340" end="00:17:58.170" style="1">didn&apos;t really show us too much.</p>

			<p begin="00:18:39.210" end="00:18:39.960" style="1">two years.</p>

			<p begin="00:18:43.030" end="00:18:45.840" style="1">period when there were as many as 10 deaths reported in a </p>
			<p begin="00:18:45.840" end="00:18:48.750" style="1">single week and those were single scattered weeks.</p>
			<p begin="00:18:48.760" end="00:18:51.750" style="1">So they have four successive weeks off 12 </p>
			<p begin="00:18:51.750" end="00:18:52.750" style="1">deaths or more.</p>

			<p begin="00:19:25.950" end="00:19:27.780" style="1">like virus,</p>
			<p begin="00:19:27.780" end="00:19:30.620" style="1">and you&apos;ll see that almost 80% had antibodies </p>
			<p begin="00:19:30.620" end="00:19:31.400" style="1">support Chalmers.</p>
			<p begin="00:19:31.800" end="00:19:33.950" style="1">But we also screened these same sirrah </p>
			<p begin="00:19:35.790" end="00:19:37.310" style="1">against the A Victoria.</p>

			<p begin="00:32:56.010" end="00:32:56.260" style="1">uh,</p>
			<p begin="00:32:56.510" end="00:32:58.750" style="1">poverty level of senior citizens.</p>
			<p begin="00:32:58.760" end="00:33:01.060" style="1">We have administered vaccine Thio </p>

			<p begin="00:33:29.350" end="00:33:32.040" style="1">in in the Houston City Fire Department.</p>

			<p begin="00:34:11.860" end="00:34:13.760" style="1">The Medicare will not pay for it.</p>
