What do you think we may have learned fromthis chapter?
Lewis: I'm not sure.
I've been trying to communicate to you theidea that what we should have learned is that
we can't fix up thehealth care system, whether we're talking
finance or organizationor manpower, whatever, unless we have effective
regional healthauthorities, which would be a descendent of
what we were tryingto do in Regional Medical Programs.
